Championship club Birmingham City have sacked manager Garry Monk after just over a year in charge of the club.
Birmingham City have been dwindling in the Championship middle table echelons since their relegation some seasons ago from the Premier League. The Blues face Promotion hopefuls Sheffield United on Wednesday as they look to consolidate on their mid-table position.
The Birmingham city club is at the 9th position on the EFL league table with a score of 46 points from 32 matches. But there is a lot that the team is facing right now than the challenge to maintain their position and up there game.
